Hi, it's Janet again. I reread my response to you this morning, and I realized that I needed to clarify that while I have opted for adhesiolysis does not mean I think this is the answer for you or everyone who suffers from ARD.
You mentioned the word desperate, and that is how I came to this site...I needed help, and right away!
Surgery is not the answer for everyone. I have tried many types of alternative health care ie, accupuncture, massage, chinese and western herbs, stretching, meditation, etc. While these sometimes brought temporarily relief to certain symptoms, I found nothing that brought a significant change, or that was able to treat the wide range of symptoms I experience.
