I am a fellow adhesions sufferer and I too try to exercise. I have gained weight from just lying on the couch most of the time and I have tried both tread mill walking, (running is our of the question because it shakes my insides too much), and weight machines. The walking causes some disscomfort.

but I found that weight lifting caused the most discomfort so I will stick to the treadmill. I am determined to get in better shape and I am willing to

put up with some pain because of exercise.
