Hi Tami, My name is Tammy, I am a suffer from ARD, I take Clexa, it takes a while to start working. I remember the effects it gave me at first, I was literally walking on the walls at work. It made me very high and I hate that feeling, my Dr said to hang in there and the side effects would substide. I began taking it after my hystorectomy, the sudden loss of hormones was a shock to my brain and caused me to turn in to a world class BITCH, (and I don't mean "Babe In Total Control of Herself") and when I wasn't being a complete Rag, I would spend countless hours crying, and crying. I'd get up in the middle of the night and and go sit on my kitchen floor and sob, for no reason. Well thank God I am past that, but now I can't get off the Clexa, if I try to quit taking it (which I have tried cuz I HATE taking pills) I end up with awful anxiety attacks, and I can't sleep. Also, I had to quit working because of the pain and all the meds I was/am taking. I am not encouraging you to go on disability like me but I will tell you it has helped me recover a little more. Working really aggravated my condition and I was just wondering what you do and what effects it is having on your condition. God Bless and Take Care of You Tammy Lynn
