Chris,

That is very odd that you still have all the functions of when you had your ovaries. I have heard in a few cases that people have organs that grow back. In fact my sister had her thyroid removed and 3 years later had to have her parathyroid and her thyroid removed again because it grew back. I don't know why that happened. Or maybe you are like me. My doctor says I react to everything. It doesn't matter if they use a nonreactive material in me, I react. I guess I just like to be difficult. So what did your doctor say to do? Are they afraid that the hormones will feed the adhesions? I could understand that making you mad. I think it would me too. I had a hysterectomy in June thinking it would take care of the adhesions. It took care of the endometriosis but not the adhesions. I have surgery on Feb. 16...again. Hopefully this will be the last time. You will be in my thoughts and prayers.

love and hugs, jenny
