Susan, Just to let you know, you can still get new adhesions even with a Lap. I had my hysterectomy done with a Lap (LAVH) and within 4 weeks I had to have a second Lap to have ovaries and tubes removed, and I had grown new adhesions in those 4 weeks just from the previous Lap :( Gina
