Sherry, thanks loads for the extra info. I suffer VERY badly from constipation and am on a regimen using Senekot (sp?) from my P.M. dr. I STILL feel like I am being sliced into when I go even though I am on this regimen. I am buying a bottle tonight and start! I can't wait! It will be soooo nice to be regular again and HOPEFULLY, little or no pain when I DO go. And yes, who would have thought we would be talking about "to go or not to go, that is the question" tee hee hee!! Love and prayers to all.

I was very skeptical about trying mineral oil, but the ER doctor assured
me there was no smell or taste. He was right!!! Mineral oil is sold as
a lubricant laxative, it is odorless, tasteless and colorless. I have
had many surgeries on my intestines and bowel obstructions. It is so
important to keep things moving. Those of you who are having problems
with constipation, please give it a try. It just dawned on me, did you
ever think we would be talking about laxatives on the internet? :)
