hey,i could not agree with u more.i have lived 17+years with pain and a gamut of surgeries. when i was 13 i started getting "bladder infections" every month before my period but no bacteria was ever found.at 16 i had my appendix removed and a month later my gall bladder and surprise i still was in agony..at 20 i had my first lap and found out my stomach was put in backwards from the gallbladder surgery (funny right),cysts, adhesions, scar tissue, endo.makes u wonder if the previous stuff was just some surgeon happy with a knife.at 26 i had my first daughter and was hospitalized 5 times with kidney issues before she was born.i then wound up with a c-section because i didnot dilate past a 1 cm in 26 hrs. of labor.it took me 2 1/2 years for my second daughter.i delivered her normally but had an episiotomy and then a tubal ligation.then the pain really did a number on me at 30 years old in december i had my right ovary, tube, cervix, and uterus removed.i had a bowel and bladder infection and a fever of 104 and had to stay in the hospital for 5 days and in january i had my left ovary, and tube removed.so nothing is in me and i would think no pain right?well in march i had to have a neurectomy done because i had a nerve entrapment in adhesions....i had 1 month painfree and now i have extreme pain...i am totally embarrassed to go back to the endo specialist...i have looked into almost evry doc on the web and found one that talked to me on the phone for 1/2 hr.and agreed for me to come there and get full treatment only to find out that he is out of network with my insurance and i will have to come up with a down payment of 2500.00 before he will do anything ...i am sorry this is sooooo long but i dont know where to turn now..i just want my life back ....thanks for listening everyone..i know a lot of yall have similar if not worse stories and i can really feel for all of you... ann barber in atlanta
