Through my experience with adhesions, it's difficult to eat much of anything that is hard to digest.. Unfortunately some vegetables are on that list, especially if their stringy or have seed. What Ive found that works is like broccli crowns, and frozen squash. Salad seems to be too ruff. When the bowel is slowed by adhesions or even damaged like mine was.. staying away from a lot of things ie corn wheat,potatoes, msg,(preservatives at all), milk . It's a hard diet because corn and wheat are in everything, but it does work.Drinking a lot helps. Mirolax does a great job if you can't go. Good Luck
