I did have the trial pump done and it did help.  The only problem is that I wasn't doing my regular routine and it was a little difficult to tell when I am in the hospital walking back and forth down the hall and not doing housework etc.... The one thing I did notice was the pain at night improved. I go back next week to set up a surgery appt to get the pump implant and will let you know how it works.  I know it should help the intestinal problems as it bypasses the intestines. I pray to god that this is the thing that will help me.  I already had the Spray Gel and other surgeries and I am going to try to live with this form of pain management.
