They claim that it will cure the adhesions but I think it helps the pain.  I use the packs and rub the oil in.  I don not do it enough but I need to start.  It can't hurt you and if it helps relieve pain and blockages then it is worth it.Another thing is to make a rice pack with a little Lavender oil in it and it helps.
