hi ya shick, i had a hysterectomy on march 20th and the plan was to do a lavh/bso but my adhesions were too bad and ended up having to do a laperotomy. i guess the only thing that i can tell you is that it depends on what they find when the

go in laproscopically. if they are too bad then they will have to open you up. i haven't had any major problems since my hysterectomy but who knows what will happen in the future. i personally am just playing it by ear. when

they do go in do they plan on using any barriers? i have had barriers used in the past and they didn't work, so my doc didn't use them this last time. he is pretty sure that i shouldn't have any more problems and i hope that he

is right but i guess i will see. i trust my dr and and have been seeing him for the last 13 years. anyway i wish you the best of luck and hope that this

surgery will be your last.
