Dear L.M.
I'm not sure if this will help you or not because our symptoms are all
so different. But I am not able to eat scrambled eggs or soup if they
have fat in them, nor am I able to eat yogurt because the adhesions make
me lactose intollerant. For some ideas I am able to eat the white meat
of chicken or turkey. I can eat the white part of eggs but not the
yellow where the fat is. I can eat rice cereal with skim lactaid milk.
I can eat white, mild fish such as flounder broiled. Rice pilaf is good
too instead of plain rice, and also no yolk egg noodles. For some
soluable fiber I am able to eat white potatoes (I mash them with the
skim lactaid milk) and yams, and beets are good too. I hope this is
able to help you in some way. I know what it's like to have the
constant stomach turbulence and no one can help or understand.
