Jammy, This is only MY opinion, BUT,while this may work for you, I do not think that it actually works. If it were that simple, no one would have adhesions. 1/ adhesions are not caused by fear, worry, anger, or bitterness, so getting rid of those things will not make your adhesions go away. 2/what ever physical things we were doing before adhesions stuck us down, we would all love to be doing again, but the pain keeps us from doing thoses things. No one likes missing out on the fun things. 3/Yes, diet & nutrition is important, but eating right will NOT cause adhesions to break off and seperate. If this works for you great, but I don't think that in general this works at all. While I am not a Dr, I do have a lot of knowlege when it comes to adhesions. Adhesions are caused by trauma to the body. This may be from an injury or from surgery. While getting rid of your worried may be good for you, it will not get rid of adhesions, the pain they cause or the other problems caused by adhesions. robin M
