Dear Ivy, I am only speaking for myself here, but I don't like the idea of the "abdolift". I myself went to Germany and had surgery with Spray Gel. The Dr there has over 25 years of researching and removing adhesions. I talked to him about the CO2, and he told me that the risk of it causing more adhesions was so small that it was not a consideration. Seprafilm can only be used in an open abdominal surgery. Having that type of surgery can cause more adhesions. The best way to go is with laproscopic surgery with an expert in removing adhesions. Some questions to ask are: Are you experienced in doing laproscopic surgery? How long have you been doing it? Do you use an adhesion barrier? What has been the out come of other patients? Of course, surgery has to be your choice and no one can make it for you. I recomend seeing a Dr more than once before you make any decission. robin M rmasse2333@aol.com Adhesion free for 2 years and counting
