Kat, Hang in there! alot of us have bowel problems too. The best thing you can do for your bowel it find the "trigger" foods that cause you these symptoms. I found that apples, oranges, orange juice, fresh garlic and some other foods triggered problems. Food thereapy can help. get a good book. "foods that heal foods that harm" is a good one. Look up IBS. The symptoms will not go away completely and I am not a doctor. But give it a try It worked for me.
