I have had upper left quadrant pain for about 2 years now. They scoped my pancreas, but found nothing. It's still there... and I too vomit all the time. I am having an exploratory laparoscopy on the 20th, because my last CT scan picked up some suspected rare disease of the bowel messentary..they need to biopsy to make a diagnosis of the cause. I will keep you posted if they find anything else out. Maybe get a CT scan. That's the only thing that picked anything up on me. I will pray for you.
