Hi, I know this must be a very difficult thing for you. Still possibly wanting to have a kiddo on one hand, and faced with hysterectomy on the other is a very difficult choice! I just wanted to say that in my experience with adhesions, it would not be wise to think that a hysterectomy is going to get rid of the adhesion problem. It may make it better, it may do nothing, or the surgery may make it worse. So no real "insight" from me, just a word of caution - in this deal there is no real for sure "solution".

I think you are doing great putting your question out there on the board, and hope you are also reading and learning as much as possible from anything that might provide you with more information. Think about your choices, pray about them, and call your best shot. I wish for you peace and health. Judy
