Hello my name is Deb and I had it all out and it didnt help me I still
have alot of pelvic adhesions. Have you asked questions why they think
that you have them there? I know that surgery is what started mine. Have
you ever had any surgeries? Thats the main one for adhesions. Then if
you have ever been injured also that would be too. And I have also been
told if you have had children that can cause adhesions. So really there
are alot of ways that you got them. I have never heard of the other way
