>>feels like an "alien" inside<< That's exactly how it feels to me too
Jill. Great description! Also, my stomach growls in that area of my abdomen and even in my back all the time. And loudly, especially in meetings. It gets embarassing. My pain is at its worst after a bowel movement and after physical activity. After a bowel movement I get really weak and just feel like lying down for a couple of hours, then I'll get to feeling better. I even changed my work hours due to this. I start at 11:00am now. This gives me time to recuperate after a bowel movement. I am so frustrated at trying to explain to doctors how I feel. Most of the time they just look at me like I'm crazy. When I listen to myself explain my pain, I have to wonder about that myself. It is very, very frustrating....
