I just thought I would share this with everyone. I talked to my
pharmacist about what is good for constipation being that I can't take
anything that makes my bowels cramp or spasm. She told me to increase
water to 2 quarts a day, take a stool softener, and drink fruit nectar.
We found fruit nectar in a can at our grocery store. If you stick it in
the freezer for a couple of hours, it becomes like a smoothie! It is
very yummy! And it works! I would much rather prefer drinking a fruit
smoothie over drinking some awful tasting laxative or stool softener.
Anyway, I just wanted to share the good news!
