For Those With Bowel Adhesions and Bloating - Any Diet Advice?

I have been having terrible problems with bloating - I have adhesions
and at the moment we know that my left tube and ovary are adhered to my
bowel. I can't even eat anything without bloating up like a balloon. I
realize I will have to have another surgery but I am trying to put that
off for a while - particularly until I find the right specialists to do
this the next time. My last lap in July the doctor did not remove the
adhesions or mass of tube and ovary because he did not feel qualified to
mess near the bowel.
Anyway, for those who suffer from something similar, what have you done
that has helped a little? I have tried high fiber foods and that caused
big bloating and diarrhea. I tried low carb, slow to digest food and
that causes constipation and bloating. Would like to hear what has
worked for some people.
