Have you ever tried hypnosis? I use it for relaxation and sleep to help with some of the pain. I used to feel heaviness like everything was trying to push itself out through the vaginal area. Is this the feeling you are talking about? I have described my adhesion pain like open blisters inside my body and when I move or even sometimes when I don't it feels like they are rebbing against eachother and stinging and very painful. If I get up to fast from bed I end up doubled over in pain. I have adhesions and endometriosis and irritible bowel syndrome.
