I must say that I understand addiction and dependance completely,it has affected and touched my life in many way's. But I am only 25 yrs old, with severe pain, and as of yet we can't find the source. I have tried warm bath's,heating pad's,I have changed my diet drastically,I tried exercise,I have tried everything that was recomended and I can afford with no result's. I can no longer work, and I depend on my mother to care for me right now. What kind of life is this for a women my age? This isn't a life. If opiate's work for me,and will give me a semblance of normalcy,I am all for it. I do believe that different treatment's should be explored, and tried. But there is absolutely no reason I am where I am today. Where many of us are. There is no good reason for any of us to suffer the way we are, when there are many med's that could give us a better quality of life. Laura
