Candy,

I also have FMS and ARD...and I take 1-2 Vicodin every six hours day in and day out. This is not the only drug I take either! If your body needs the meds for pain, you can develop a tolerance to them (requiring a higher dosage or change of drug) but I can't see how you can get addicted, since we're not doing it for a 'high' but for pain.

Scan past messages...look for ones from Helen Dynda about tolerance vs. addiction.
