Dr. Cook is a very nice man & probably under most circumstances a competent surgeon. I went to him when he was in New Orleans. I had to have 4 surgeries there, that made my situation worse. I was septic when I returned home & spent 2 months in the hospital. I finally had 4 surgeries @ Rush Pres St. Lukes, which has cured the problem of vistulas and reduced the amount of pain I was in.
The doctors in Ohio have a very good track record, I think you could trust them. If not find a good pain doctor & rely on him.
