Primal scream therapy is a good thing! Take as deep a breath as you can, even if only mentally, hold it and let it go as loud and long as you can (again, mentally is ok!).
Visualize that as many times as necessary, then warn the doctor that you may do it in his ear!
I'm sorry you are STILL dealing with this. "Little" surgery? Dye in a catheter? Gives me pains just to think of it! Who put those stitches in there in the first place?
OK, deep breath, we'll do it together.....SCREAM!!!!!
