Hello All! I hope this will find everyone doing well. I went again to the
surgeon yesterday because my abcess had closed up and was beginning to bulge.
He inserted a BIG needle into it and tried to withdraw something but only
bloody stuff came out. Then he reopened it and it bled. Then, he stuck a
q-tip into it and I thought I was gonna die....it hurt! It felt like he
stuck it all the way through to my back. I have been in BAD pain all day.
Oh...he did a culture too. I am waiting for emergency authorization so that
I can see him without having to pay for it. As soon as it comes through he
is going to have some dye injected through a cathedar into the abcess hole
and take xrays to see just where it goes and then most likely will do a
little surgery to take out the stitch or stitches that he thinks are causing
the whole problem. Sounds like a bunch of crap, doesn't it? I am SO sick of
having this I could SCREAM!!
