Thanks Rosie...I didn't realize your sis was an in-law. A little harder sometimes to have a strong bond. It is awful to faint...probably more for my husband...he's the one who had to pick me up and wipe the vomit off myself...he was so scared and in tears. I never want to be there again!!!! I hadn't passed for a week and had been living w/bowel probs for 6 months...at 99lbs. I think it just quickly infects the blood w/out having the "complete" block. All that waste just sitting in there. I'd do a colonoscopy...I think it's reassurance that everything else is in o.k. condition. Just look at it as "reassurance". I love the soy milk. It is delicious...and i miss milk so, it's a nice way to taste it. I use the flaxseed every day. Omega 3 fatty acid...good for you. The hot cereal you make sounds scrumptios...I eat oatmeal though, I'll try it with that....and tofu? Hmmm...what's that like in yogurt? Brazil nuts are high in selenium...I've been reading about it, too. I see I don't get much selenium in my diet...so I typed in the key word under nutrition and it said brazil nuts. I read it helps with depression, too. Selenium affects the nervous system. Funny what good food can do...I wish I'd done it years afo, frankly.
