Well, today was the first day I took metamucil...I
passed like 7 times...it was a good shape, too...if
you know what I mean. What did it do to you and how
long did you use it? I figured since it caused so
many problems at work (no cramping though)...I should
take it after dinner (one glass a day with orange
juice). That orange juice ate my stomach terribly,
though. It burned all day. I don't know what to do
really...I just keep experimenting. Love, Marianne
