Janet sounds like me...I too feel so bloated that I
feel probably fuller than I am. Add to that if you
have constipation and diarrhea, as I do...then you're
going to lose weight from the diarrhea. I eat P & B
too...I eat mine on a grain bagel...6 gms. of fiber,
here. (2 in a tblspn. of Peanut butter...and 4 gms in
the bagel. Plus the extra calories in peanut
butter...)I was also told they help with bowel
movements...even though I have to take Metamucil three
times a day on top. And Janet...I'd like to know what
sauce you are using on your rice...I am so tired of
