Dear Jean, I will call again this week to see how the medical records are progressing. Last week they called me and said that ob/gyn still had not had the records of my hospital stay and discharge transcribed. It's been 5 weeks, so I will just call with a friendly reminder. Millie

me since I will need them for several doctors in the future. I had to sign new release forms releasing them to me instead of a doctor. The doctor who charged said "I can't keep giving these to you all the time", to which I remarked "If you would have given them to me the first time we wouldn't be going through this again!". I was charged a second time but I got them!!! > I also got them from my other doctors.
