Deb, Hi. I was wondering how they can find adhesions, too. I guess the only true way is by laparoscopy or laparotomy,to actually look inside. Dr. Redan told me that a CAT scan won't show adhesions. What caused your adhesions? How bad did they get? On Jan.29,2001, I had a hysterectomy done, which I have exceptional reasons to believe that I did not even need. She also cut adhesions which were around the bowel. I am horrified at the change in my body and bowel functions from it. She laughed me off and called me her colicky baby. I don't appreciate that. Please email me back. Millie
