Hi ladies,
First of all you have to want to quit smoking! I went on the patch for about 2 weeks then i could'nt afford them so i just went off the patch and smokes. What made me quit was i had bronchitisis coughing was a pain in the butt. Try setting a date aside for quiting make sure you have lots of hard candy ect....the first couple of weeks its hard but its been 4 months and now i can't stand the smell.
