My symptoms were cramping pain beginning around 1pm on Wednesday and going continuously into Thursday. On Thursday I began vomiting, dry heaves, and I vomited up my own fecal material. At that time I called the ambulance. They took me to the hospital as I could not keep down fluids and meds. I was put on IV hydrocortisone and fluids. Was released on Saturday. Thanks for your reply.
