IONS

Good afternoon, I am thinking about trying it, last night I took my 5 senekot, cut back one, and 2 colace, and I had eaten the same thing for snack everyhight, I was laying in bed and my husband and son were bowling, that is their night.

I was fine, and falling asleep, and out of the blue I had extreme crampsand as someone said yesterday, like acid, and there was a severe burning and pain on the left side, normally my pain is always on right side. I was afraid to fall asleep, but it kept waking me up, I got up and the gas would not come out, the constricted feeling in pelvis was extreme, I woke about four times last night. I seemed to be okay, just cramps. I am not too bad now, I did go, after the laxs, but as usual the cramps will last all day!

I am afraid of trying anyhting new, but the senkot is hurting me, they put me bacl on lactulose too, on teus, it used to work, and I was up tp 6 tablespoons and nothing, I do not know what to try>

>Toni, let me know how it works for you because lately, even Senekot is starting to make me so sick I can barely stand it!  I sweat, feel faint, and the cramps are almost unbearable!!!  After all of that, very little comes out!  I was given Lactulose (sp?) after my first bowel resection and that stuff use to make me throw up.  There are just some tastes that I just cannot keep down.  I am hoping that this stuff is tasteless; I still haven't tried the mineral oil yet, I'm not procrastinating, I just haven't had the time to go anywhere but work and back but I AM getting it this weekend because I MUST GO!!!!!!  Let us know all about it.
