Recovery time for laparotomy is at least 6-8 weeks, no where as fast as
laps. This is a slow process, and you have to make sure you take it
slow! Keep us informed on what is going on. I still have my
gallbladdertoo, they said if it is ever taken out it would have to be
open laparotomy also. Take care!
