Hi Rose, Thanks for the info. That is the procedure he will be doing, an ERCP on 1/5/2000. I had never heard of this before, so am amazed someone replied to this, thank you!!! Please tell me more about this???

On Monday I am going in for an EGD (I think that's it) and a colonoscopy. Just recently my bowels were blocked for 10 days and I finally drank the golytely (who ever name it goLYTELY, lied! haha) just to clean out then have to do it again this weekend as prep for Monday. I'm convinced I have a bowel obstruction of some kind, have not been able to have normal BM's in 3 months since my last surgery. The only BM's I can have are forced by meds (even regular laxatives, stool softeners, fiber drinks, don't work for me).

I was surprised the GI specialist acted so quickly and fully, but maybe I shouldn't have been considering my condition with bowels. Hoping it's not adhesions, or hoping they at least can find out what it IS so I can get treatment.

Thanks, Gina
