Hi Jaynie, Thanks! That makes a HUGE amount of sense, the hip flexor thing you mentioned because alot of my pain seems to originate in the hip areas and refer to lower back! Why didn't my PT ever think of that? Aren't they trained to know that, or did they just not mention it? You can be sure I will when I see him today, thanks to you :) Gina

PS: How did dentist appt. go? I need to do same but hate to! LOL
