Gina, soft tissue does take along time to heal. The problem is that we can continue to re-injure the injury. I think you would really benefit from massage and cranial-sacral body work. Call around to PT's and massage therapist or even a DO and see if thy know any one that does it. And your PT should be doing more hands on therapy. Ask if they are working on your psoas muscle.
