Flora, Have you used any of the adhesion prevention barriers like interceed or seprafilm? If you haven't, you might look into one of those or there will be at least one new one out probably in the next 2-3 months which I had used in a clinical trial this summer. Don't want to repeat myself here but if you're interested, let me know and I'll get you more information.
