JJ and Toni: The hot bathes do help. My family laughs and makes fun of me. They sometimes even ask "Are you gonna live in there?", funny to them. I usually go to bed afterwards.. They think I am sulling because they made fun of the screaming and grunting. They just don't understand what a BM does to us. I get worried because since I cut down on the pericolace I only have bm's every 4-6 days (not good) I have some duplac syrup. My GI says it causes the bowel to swell more. aka more pain. It's got to point nothing works even the citrcell. The pain patches help the pain but I've had one BM since I've started them. Gas is getting harder to pass. Thanks for listening...Teresa
