I to had to go back to my PCP to get the referral even though the surgeon called the pain management clinic and set up the appointment. My GI had as well but I still had to go throught the hoops to get the "form" from my PCP. Managed care is the pit's. If your not sick enough already the process of getting help will make you worse. Have you gone to your new pain clinic yet? If so, how did it go? Ginny
