The only suggestion I have, if you have already tried it, is to use one of the adhesion prevention barriers -- unless that's what you mean by the mesh, in which case it doesn't look like it worked too well. But if not, there are two out currently in the US that I know about, and a couple more are under testing. I took place in a clinical trial this summer for a gel that is supposed to be out sometime next year and my follow up surgery showed almost no adhesions that had come back. It's already available in Europe so I don't think FDA approval should take that long once the results are in. The trials are supposed to end in December and assuming they do, I should get a report on the final results. I know when you're in pain, that must seem like forever but it's the only thing I can think of at the moment.
