Sounds like you have tried it all, my suggestion for the constipation - try a teaspoonful of mineral oil in your orange juice. While it doesn't mix completely, its odorless, colorless and without a taste. Its a natural laxative. It works for me within 12-24 hours. Also there are bulk laxatives that help the intestines draw in water to soften the stool (sorry if this is graphic).

I think that Helen posted an address that gives info and advice on how to help bowels and reduce constipation. If you need that address, I have it saved somewhere.

I know that's not much, but it might bring you some relief.
