Comment on Flax: I use Manitowoc Ovens Energy Drink(Mix). It has the flax and the Omega 3. Found in grocery stores in the Midwest or mailorder. I also ordered the ENFood which is helpful in eliminating allergic reactions to foods while maintaining a nutritionally balanced diet. Have yet to try this. ENFood comes out of Canada and is mailorder. BUT, I can't get my wife to eat the flax. I have used it for ten years.

I am not a health nut. In fact I am very cautious of alternative therapies. But I use certain herbs and supplement my diet.
