Hi Richard,

I am really impressed by how much you are assisting your wife. Just participating on the list is alot. I'm sure she knows that she has great support and that you are in her corner.

I personally have done some modification to my diet. I no longer eat red meat. I have significantly reduced my dairy intake (dairy carries alot of estrogen). I eat more organic foods - like organic oatmeal or bran muffin for breakfast, that also helps with constipation. Also, I avoid vegetables out of a can. Fresh corn and steamed vegetables are good for you and great tasting. Another thing that is good if you have a Smoothie King or health food store that sell slushy type drinks, try those, they have enzymes that the body really needs and taste great. You can also get them to add ginseng and other stuff. I think its a good idea to change diet even if it doesn't change the endo, it will make you feel better and give you more energy to combat it.

Thanks for the encouraging words, Sharonda rondamoore@hotmail.com
