Dear Richard: I KNOW your wife knows what a gem she has in you!!!!! The support you show her is just what the vows in the marriage ceremony is all about - "in sickness and in health" and you are THERE for her!!! My husband is the same way too, and I TRULY don't know what I would do without him. He is the reason I push myself to come to work everyday (well, almost everyday)! I have heard from a friend of a friend that some people with fibromyalgia (sp?) have been taking some stuff called Noonie (sp?) Juice (when I get the paperwork, I will send more info. and the correct spelling) and it has helped all of them with their pain. One story relayed to me was of a patient that was bedridden for a long time. She started drinking the juice and in two months, she was not only out of bed, but holding down a full time job! I understand that they, too, suffer from extreme pain - something I felt we could relate to. The woman I am getting the info. from has started drinking the juice for two weeks and was actually able to climb down and back, 60 stairs on an outing in Baltimore with her husband!! She thought as they approached the stairs that he would have to carry her back up. To her surprise, she was able to do it all by herself!!! I figured, heck, if it can give me even a little relief, sign me up!!!!!!!! Again, I by no means am and advocate of this drink, nor am I GUARANTEEING that it will work for everyone - I just feel if none of the ingredients are harmful, the information given is verifiable and I am comfortable with putting it in my system, I will go for it. It is up to you what you want to do, I just wanted to throw this out there as another alternative. Again, as soon as I get the info., I will let you all know. In the meantime Richard (and everyone), hang in there - we may not have a pain-free life but we DO have each other!!! My love and prayers to all!

Well it seems not many are writing this weekend. My wife is having very bad pain right now. Somehow it seems hollow to say that. We know better why. But it doesn't change the pain days from hell. She hates it. I can't do anything but continue to write and read. I ordered some ENfood to try. Maybe a complete change in diet could make her more comfortable. Something like a liquid diet with small treats of real food in between. Nutrition may be the real answer. Changing old habits of diet is very hard. We have tried most things except acupuncture. Mr. Fix-it(me) is getting depressed too because I see the pain and can't fix it. If I could take on some of the pain to make it easier for her I would. Hope everyone that reads keeps going and doesn't give up.
