What I do to "keep things moving" is I take 300 mg. of magnesium with all
meals
(I take a 1:1 calcium/mag supplement also). BUT what I think really works
great
is I take 1 gr. of l-gluatmine on an empty stomach 3-4 times per week. It
reportedly
is great for leaky gut, but I also noticed it makes me "go" easier.
One other thing I do is take 1 garlic clove about 4 times per week. Besides
all the
wonderful benefits we all know it gives, it supposedly can give the runs if
you have too much, so I do overdo it, but just enough to get the desired
result.
