Hi,   I too have been to CPPT.  I found the same thing to be true.  They are very wonderful caring people.  The two women they have working for them are truly a gift from God.  I did receive some relief from my two weeks of treatment but because my adhesions are so severe, I was not able to achieve the levels of success as some of the other women I met while there.   I had to pay out of pocket as well.  I do have insurance but this was considered to be outside of the policy.  Even at that, it was worth it.  I found that although I am not cured, I now have a bit more stamina and can actually have a few days of relief without living in my bed with a heating pad.   On an encouraging note, two of the women I met while there were able to achieve complete success.  One woman was seriously considering giving up and after her week was up she was on cloud nine and was headed back to work.    Each person is different but keep a positive attitude and just keep living one day at at time, you will make it!!! Give it a try and let us know how it worked for you.
