thank you for being so kind and understanding. I have lived with adhensions for many many years and no doctor would believe me that I was in so much pain. my scars look like train tracks. After many years of suffering finally one problem causing my pain was detected. I did not know it but I had a torn abdominal muscle called diastatis recti and probably had it since I last gave birth from a c-section which was a very long time ago, It probably torn then and never healed. I was sent to physical therapy to help with this problem but finally the pt therapist said she could feel several and some large adhensions. I like you want to avoid surgery again. I also understand you do not want someone to touch you. It hurts when I am touched. But I want my life back again so I endure the pain. Well so far I am feeling a little better. It will take a while longer but I do feel some progress is being made. I thought it was a special massage but believe me it is just a pt therapist knowing how to massage that area. Perhaps you could talk to your doctor and recomend that you try pt and ask that pt if they know how to massage to break adhensions. The pain was awful when she first did the massage but is now getting easier to tolerate. I really feel for you and know what you are going through. I hope you can find some answers and relief. I will continually keep you informed of my progress. Oh I had the injection and the only thing it did was hurt more. It did not help at all.
